Classes

Our classes take the form of evidence-based High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit, using validated training protocols set out by the American College of Sports Medicine. Their clinical research proved these types of classes are an effective and efficient way to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, boost metabolism and increase lean muscle tone.

This is achieved by combining both cardiovascular and resistance exercises in an alternating cycle, switching from upper to lower body. It is a functional and full body routine using large/multiple muscle groups to help increase the positive impact on both your body and your mind.

Consistency is key with a minimum of 2-3 of our HIIT workouts per week required to gain and maintain results. Progression in any workout is crucial, so as the weeks go on each of the HIIT Classes will get harder and you will be encouraged to increase your intensity and the amount of resistance used.

All equipment (mats, kettlebells and dumbbells) is provided and sanitised with an anti-viral shield after each use.

Do your mind and body a favour and come join Wilder Wellbeing for a challenging, results-driven intense workout with some banging tunes (Mark takes musical requests).
