Catherine O'Beirn | Breathworks

Hi, my name is Catherine O’Beirn. I’m an ex-primary teacher from Spiddal who discovered the power of breathwork while teaching in India 2020. It was there I was told by an ayurvedic doctor that physically I was in good shape but there was a trauma holding me back that needed releasing. He prescribed me Breathwork. Having suffered from asthma all my life I knew that this was our life force and I was curious as to what to expect. The results were that I’d a massive transformation and knew I had to learn these techniques to teach people how they can heal themselves.

Darragh Morgan | Boxercise

I started off my fitness journey with boxing and training to be All Ireland Champion. I was always the hardest trainer and that gave me an advantage in many other sports as boxing gives you not just amazing cardiovascular endurance and strength but also discipline and dedication. I then transfered into other sports such as sea swimming, cycling and running. I have completed ultra marathons and long distance sea swims and massive cycles across Ireland. I want to share with you what fitness can do not just for your body but for your mind and your soul.

I am offering boxercise classes Saturdays 9am -10am, these classes are derived from particular training methods thought to me by some of Ireland best boxing coaches. Some of the methods are derived from Cuban and Eastern European methods.
